We are using MID Servers to collect the Events data from multiple integrations (pull connector, web service API based, etc.) for Event Managment. In case of a connection issue with ServiceNow instance and Mid-server, is there a possibility to read the event queue data from MID Server to process it later? otherwise, we will loss the data collected by MID server during the outage.
If we have data, we can try to find a different way to notify impacted system owner as well, but based on current design, we haven't found a way to read the queue.
