Hi Experts;

Launching a JVM...
2019/03/13 09:50:34 | Error: Could not find or load main class org.tanukisoftware.wrapper.WrapperStartStopApp
2019/03/13 09:50:34 | JVM exited while loading the application.
2019/03/13 09:50:35 | There were 5 failed launches in a row, each lasting less than 300 seconds. Giving up.
2019/03/13 09:50:35 | There may be a configuration problem: please check the logs.
checked the JAVA_HOME variable, and conf file setting, did not find errors. where the main class should be? or something else missing here?
Please help!

Just confirming , do you have JRE installed on your system? because on London you need to have JRE
Important: The MID Server installer package does not include the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). You must install the JRE separately on each MID Server host before running the installer or verify that the correct version is already running on the host. If a supported version is present, ensure that the JAVA_HOME environment variable is pointed to that JRE or that java is available in the PATH environment.
No OpenJDK versions were tested for use with the MID Server in the London release.

You can try installing the mid server on the latest version of Servicenow Instance like Tokyo, Rome, San diego.
