MID Server username / password not accepted on UI

Trying to configure on MID server on dev instance and the username/password is not accepted on instance login.do page to test before configuring the MID server. 
Have tried at least half a dozen passwords in case of character incompatibility but no luck

@gregmc83 would recommend generate new password then. Make sure new password is also update in the Mid Server config file.
