Hi, I'm a BA working on the requirements and solution to migrate a customer from JIRA Service Manager(JSM) to ServiceNow 🙂
Within JSM they have the same functionality to create workflows to automate actions and the UI looks very similar to FlowDesigner so I'm looking for a way to add the legacy workflows from JSM, into ServiceNow.
JSM gives the functionality to export workflows in JSON so my question is can JSON scripts be imported to ServiceNow to create workflows, accepting they may need to be modified to use ServiceNow terminology?
The alternative to importing the workflows from JSM will be a manually intensive exercise to re-write the 38 legacy workflows, of varying complexity.
