Migrating ServiceNow from Cloud to On-Prem

   Has someone come across a situation, where you have to migrate your ServiceNow instances from Cloud to On-Prem. Can you throw some light on the issues that you had come across. Also, any checklist that you used for the same.

You're asking about probably the most complex scenario of all and there are quite a few consultancies out there that make a lot of money answering this question. The three articles by @Artem Tyndyk already provide good topic headings that need to be worked on. And I'm not going to spend several hours drawing up a checklist or suggesting a solution if I don't have any insight into your specific situation. It's not clear what your current set up is, WHY you have to migrate to on-prem and what conditions the on-prem provider can offer. 

I recommend engaging a professional consulting/implementation partner and start an evaluation project to prepare the migration.
