Hi Team,
As we have Playbook for MIM in Service Operations Workspace, can we also have it in MIM Workbench.
Also can we add another tab in the Workbench similar to Summary, Communicate, etc.
And as the MIM workbench have cards like Impacted Services or CIs, is it possible for us to add filters to it so not all CIs are displayed when a user wants to add records to Impacted Services or CIs.
