MIM Workbench - Recipients List not Processing

I have a Communication task on the Major Incident Workbench with associated Email and SMS channels. When selecting compose on the task the recipients list (set up with dynamic condition and script) is executing on the Email but not the SMS.
Both recipients lists are in state 'Complete'. On selecting compose from the workbench the state refreshes on the Email recipients list (blue icon flashes - state remains in 'Complete'). The SMS does not.
Anyone seen this issue where a dynamic condition scripted recipient list is not processing correctly?

Check the recipient list script: Make sure that the script used to generate the recipient list for the SMS channel is correct and complete. Double-check that the script is not missing any necessary fields or conditions that may be required for generating the recipient list.
Check the communication task configuration: Verify that the communication task is properly configured to use the SMS channel and that it is enabled. Check that the recipient list associated with the SMS channel is correctly specified and that there are no errors or omissions in the configuration.
Check the SMS channel configuration: Verify that the SMS channel is properly configured with the correct settings and credentials for sending SMS messages. Check that there are no errors or issues with the SMS gateway or service being used.
Check the logs: Review the logs for any error messages or warnings that may be related to the SMS channel or recipient list. This may provide additional clues as to what is causing the issue
