Hi 

How can i get this and what are the plugins i need to install?
"Conference call option from MIM workbench"
 and i am also not getting add option in workbench.

To enable the "Conference call option from MIM workbench" and to get the "Add" option in the workbench, you need to follow these steps:

1. Navigate to "System Plugins" in your ServiceNow instance.
2. Search for the "Major Incident Management" plugin (com.snc.mim) and install it if it's not already installed. This plugin provides the Major Incident Management Workbench.
3. After installing the plugin, navigate to "Major Incident Management" > "Workbench".
4. If you are not seeing the "Add" option, it might be due to the access permissions. Make sure you have the correct roles assigned. The "mim_manager" role is required to add items to the workbench.
5. For the "Conference call" option, you need to configure the conference call provider. Navigate to "Major Incident Management" > "Administration" > "Conference Call Provider".
6. Click on "New" to add a new provider. Fill in the necessary details like Name, Type (WebEx, Zoom, etc.), URL, and other details.
7. After setting up the provider, the "Conference call" option should be available in the MIM workbench.
