Mismatch between UI16 and SP

Hi team,

Once we raise a request from the catalog item the value in the variable is showing correct in UI form but in service portal it is showing different.

Could you please help with this to fix it. Thank you.

Tough to say what can be cause, but is it happening only with 1 role or all other roles ?
