Mismatch between UI16 and SP

Hi team,

 

Once we raise a request from the catalog item the value in the variable is showing correct in UI form but in service portal it is showing different.

 

Could you please help with this to fix it. Thank you.

opps... is any changes done on role name or backend name? It might be looklike data issue.

We haven't changed anything.

@Jakkamsetti Pra  Log a case to Now Support and team wil help. 

 

It can be cache issue but not sure, log a case.

May be someone is changing in backend UI form as I see its variables are not read only.
