Hi Community!
We have upgraded from Vancouver to Xanadu (Sandbox). before upgrade to Xanadu had two border lines on the widget. Now we don't see the border lines around the ticket.
1. Why the border lines got removed after Xanadu.
2. How to add 2 border lines for this.
Test Instance is not upgraded to Xanadu.
