Missing needs_attention field on Task table

Hi,

 

I see that in my Dev instance (Utah with last patch installed) in the Task table  is missing the field "needs_attention".

All new fresh Dev instance have this field installed:

Could you help me to understand if is missing some plugins on my Dev instance or what are the steps that I've to do to have this global field?

Let's try to activate the below plugin in your PDI.

Name: Customer Service Case Action Status

Id: com.snc.csm_action_status

 

Case action status overview

Do you have the  Customer Service plugin installed on your instance?

@Vincenzo Sorren Needs attention field doesn't come out of the box with the instance. It gets added to the task table when the Customer Service Management plugin is installed.
