Mobile Agent: "Restricted by access Control" message

Hello,

One of our field engineers, using the agent app, is seeing the message "Restricted by access Control" in lieu of some assets when he selects 'Use Parts' against a Work Order task.

However, he is able to see all of his assets via 'My Inventory' in the app, or via 'My Stockroom' in the browser UI. So it appears that there is not an ACL restriction at the level of the asset itself. 

 

Any thoughts on what may be causing this issue?

Hi @Jamsta1912,

 First step, we need to find that "Use part" action item in your Mobile Studio, we have to figure out what data verification is made, on the other hand check the Functions condition, there you can have a role assigned.

 1. Studio > your application > Use Parts (Function > Actions) 

 2. Studio >  your application >my_inventory_use_part (Action items)

Hi Alex,

Thank you for your suggestion. The action item and function are as they come OOTB. I've also checked that the user can view his items on the table sn_fsm_mobile_use_part_view in the browser UI. He is able to view all records OK, no ACL restrictions.
