mobile app for service portal

Hello , can some one tell me how can i open service portal on mobile app - i have recently activated it by the help of someone here through browser , but when i put the innstance in mobile app i am getting an error . "failed to validate the mobile plugin "

it is activated but still there is an error . i can open it with the instance but when i put the instance for service portal - SP

You need to activate/repair the related plugin(Mobile UI
