mobile app for service portal

Hello , can some one tell me how can i open service portal on mobile app - i have recently activated it by the help of someone here through browser , but when i put the innstance in mobile app i am getting an error . "failed to validate the mobile plugin "

You can't open the SP portal URL in mobile app, simply remove the /sp from your URL, you will find most of the features present in the standard SP portal in your mobile, if not, you have to define it.

i am fine to define it but my problem is in service now classic im not getting ( approve - reject ) buttons next to the request , i have to enter the request it self and change it from RIT from drop down list . 

that i was no able to do thats why service portal is much easier because it is configured there .

first you need to feed the instance URL only.

ex: dev1000.service-now.com
