We have a requirement for updating the data displayed in the Now Mobile app's Requested Item approval task. Currently when a user has an approval task for Catalog item there are 3 UI actions available, though it is not the same as available in the portal page.
- Reject: On selecting, takes to a page where comment can be entered. Even if no data is entered, approver can reject the RITM.
- Approve & comment: On selecting, takes to a page where comment can be entered. Even if no data is entered, approver can approve the RITM.
- Approve: On selecting, directly approves the record.
For a Record producer Approval task:
- The approval task in the mobile app has only Short Description, Description, due date and created date details displayed.
- There are 2 UI actions available, it is not the same as available in the portal page.
- Reject: On selecting, takes to a page where comment is mandatory. approver can reject the ticket only after comments are entered.
- Approve: On selecting , takes to a page where comment can be entered. Comment is optional , approver can approve the EFL even if no comment is entered.
Would we be able to update the details available for a Record producer approval task to include more details? Is there any documentation available for the same or forums.
