Hey guys I have a problem with the workspaces. When I got to this specific table in the classic view/UI 16 and i click on the UI action I can see all the records ( both me ( admin ) and the user). While in the workspace he/they cannot see the records once clicked on that ui action button, or is it called declarative action button?
Anyway the user has in my opinion all the necessary roles such as itil and snc_internal.
What else could be the issue, do I got to send some screenshots or something ?
