Modification of Business service

Need to Modify the Owned by and Managed by for the Business Service in Employee center.

Anyone can please help me here to modify this.

you can follow bellow steps to modify

Navigate to 'Business services', use the filter or search to find the specific Business Service you want to modify. Click on the name of the Business Service to open its record.

Find the Owned by field. Click the field to change its value. You can select a different user or group from the list.

Locate the Managed by field. Click the field to select a different user or group.

After making your changes, click the Update button to save your modifications.

This editable option only for those Service Owner or Managed by but  I'm looking here for modifying on behalf of others. 

Is there any other way in employee center like Application Service modify

As an admin, you can easily modify the ownership and management fields for Business Services.

check with your ServiceNow administrator, he/she will provide you the required access
