Hi all,
When i hit "Modify template" on the Standard change templates I get the blank screen instead of the fields from that template, looking at the UI action - it's OOTB and not modified:
Is there an ACL causing this issue?

Looking more found out that for some reason the record producer "Modify a standard change template" is missing all variables for some reason:
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi ,
I tried this in my personal dev instance as an admin and I can do it . Which user is trying to modify this ? Remember , according to this article only admin, change_manager, or itil users can modify this. Check to see if the user is having these roles ?

Forgot to mention, previously we have removed the Change task link (to spawn change task as they are not required) from the workflow - so i am thinking this is something to do with that link removal?
