Modifying "Anything Else" topic in Virtual Agent for timed redirect

Doing test cases for work, one request was modifying the Anything else topic by adding a script so that:

"If the virtual agent is not able to find a topic in 5-10 seconds, suggest the user to connect to a live agent"

 

My scripting background is lacking for ServiceNow so I'm wondering how you would implement something like this?
