We are looking for best practices to monitor a self-host on-premise ServiceNow installation. We are using RedHat and MySQL on top of VMware. Solar Winds is our monitoring tool which comes with some Linux out of the box monitoring. However, we would like to know what additional ServiceNow specific file systems, processes etc. should be monitored to get the full picture of the availability of our ServiceNow production instance.
Any comments are welcome.
Thanks
Sven

The link points to an outdated version of the KB article, which can no longer be accessed by most users. Here is an up-to-date link: KB0563848
