Not getting required output.

Hi @deepdeepakg ,

You need to remove the condition "active is true" as incidents OOTB that has been resolved 6 months ago will have went to a close state and by that is inactive.

Hi @AndersBGS

When I remove the condition active as true this is how I get and don't get result in month-by-month format, do you see something is wrong here? or need to be added?

Hi @deepdeepakg ,

You need to select a date range visualization in stead of the bar chart:

Afterwards, you need to select the "trend by" and the "per" to get the right visualization.

Hi @AndersBGS

This is how it appears as below, don't know why it shows data from 2022, while I selected only last year in the filter.

additionally, do you think it is possible to make it like this where I can see all the incidents closed last year in 2023 (month-by-month) and compare it with 2024 (month-on-month YTD).

it would be a great help.
