Hi @deepdeepakg ,
The reason you see data from 2022, is due to that in your conditions you have stated "resolved on last year" - this is 2023, but in your "trend by" you have selected created. So off course there can be tickets created in 2022 which where resolved in 2023.
For your requirement of compare it with month by month, there is no solution for this in the normal report designer, where you instead need to use performance analytics.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

Hi Deepak,
While creating new report filter, please use
Data -->
Source Type: Table
Table : Incident
Type -->
List
Configure -->
Select “ Choose Column” & include “Closed” field
Set Group by to “ None”
Click on filter icon -->
Select Closed on Last 12 months
Select "AND" condition and choose Assignment group is “your assignment group”
Run the report, export it and do a pivot in excel for “closed” column vs no. of incidents to see the monthly trend. Hope this helps.
Regards,
Jayaprakash
