For years, we have been moving changes to Production via XML files and update sets. Recently, we started using the CICD pipeline to move changes to Production. There are Standard vs Routine changes and then update sets vs CICD. Keep in mind that some changes are in Global and some are in scoped applications.
I would like to know how others on the Community handle moving changes to Production. Does it matter time of day (during/after business hours) for the update sets and/or CICD pipeline for Global and/or scoped app?
Thank you!

Hi,
Regardless of how the information is moved, it's still being moved to Production. So, with that said, the same basic foundational things apply here. Would you all move development up to Prod in the middle of the day?
Normally these are done after hours or at least after peak hours.
Doesn't matter if it's via CI/CD or anything else.
