Hi,
Were planning to move from Agent workspace to Service operations workspace. I noticed the landing page under Service operations workspace has same information from Agent workspace. The only thing I need to work on is the inbox and the Q. I am not sure where to start since the person who set up the Agent workspace is no longer with us. Is there any documents or link on how to switch from Agent workspace? or anyone knows how to configure it?
