MS Teams integration

Hi ,

 

We are trying to integrate Sn with MS Teams, when we are trying to install MS Teams in SN we are getting an error message 'Your tenant abc@xyz.com is associated with xyz.service-now.com instance' . 

If I try to override xyz.service-now.com instance with our instance, will it cause any impact on xyz instance?

 

If not override the Do we have to go with multi-tenant integration?

Why override ? are you DomainSeprated ?
