MS Teams ServiceNow Integration

Hi Team,

 

I have implemented MS Teams and ServiceNow Integration and I am receiving Non-Actionable Notification on Teams bot but not getting Actionable Notification. I wanted to receive Actionable notification so that user can Approve or Reject the RITM on teams side. Could anyone please help me to fix this issue. I have implemented integration as per ServiceNow documentation.

Check if ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations plugin installed or not if installed check for business notifications are in place.

Hi Anand Kumar, ITSM Virtual agent Conversation plugin is already installed and also all the business rules are in place. I am getting one approval notification on Teams bot, but it is Non Actionable notification. Actually I am looking for Out of the box Actionable Notification, so that approver can approve or Reject the RITM from teams itself.
