Multi-Row Variable Set as a task variable

Has anyone tried to use a MRVS as an variable included on catalog tasks?  Is this because a MRVS cannot be set as 'global'?  We have numerous workflows where we have catalog task fulfillers fill out variables during the fulfillment life cycle and then that task level gathered data is used later in the workflow.  I know I can make the data from a MRVS available in a catalog task by enumerating the values in script and populating the task description, but my main objective here is to collect data in the MRVS in a catalog task.

Well...interesting.  I just tried this again on my London instance and it appears that it allows you to add the MRVS variables on a task.  Does anyone know if this behavior changed with one of the patches?  I am positive it didn't allow this on one of the very early versions of London.  Oh well, it works now.

Thanks...

Could you let me know how you did this?   When we view the Variable Editor in our sc_task view, the multi-row is not displayed because it's not Global.   When we view it from the RITM it is visible...

When I checked it, it just worked.  Maybe @jwkline1 is right in that it was an issue and is corrected in later patchs.
