Multiple 2 fields of Assessment in Demand

Hello Team,

Need help on Customized Assessment in Demand.

While filling Assessment answer, i need to multiply 2 values from 2 fields and update result in 3rd field.

Example :

Value from Total number of hardware's (field 1) and Maintenance cost per hardware (field 2) should be multiplied and answer should get auto populated in Maintenance total cost field of assessment page.

Above solution will work for Catalog item form.

This is not the catalog item page, this is Assessment Page where backend field name is also not available to get the actual field name.

Home --> My Assessment & Survey --> Open any Assessment where list of questions is available in form.
