Multiple discovery source and single CI

I have a multiple discovery source integration with servicenow.

SCCM, service-now , snow , manual etc.

Issue is with snow integration. We have many CIs records discovered using sccm. But now we integrate snow with service-now which results in duplication of CIs. Snow team told that it will create all the CIs and later will update only those record which are created by snow.

Is it possible to match existing record and update only those irrespective of discovery source? and how?

I heard of reconciliation feature in jakarta can you give me any idea/link which will help to configure it.
