Multiple email notification

I created a catalog where once submit a request a notification will be sent to a specific persons. 

However, as I run a test and check email logs, I saw 3 email notification sent. See attached file.

Hello @Vengeful ,

As I can view the 'updated' check is checked in when to run. If you want to send it only when the ritm is created please uncheck the updated checkbox.

This might be the reason for triggering multiple notifications.
