Multiple "Ask for approval" action in Flow Designer

Hi,

I have a flow in Flow Designer that have multiple "Ask for approval" action on the same RITM.

The first approval action is for approver "Mister X". When Mister X approve, there is a second approval action for Mister Y but when the second approval action kick's in both approver are now back to reqested (Mister X and Mister Y).

Those any one can help?

Hi,

I believe in the flow designer, you pick who the approval goes to, so you'd set that in the designer.

Do you have a screenshot showing your second approval and that it's set to go to someone else? Else this looks like you'd need to change that on the second approval activity.

And in this RITM or record that has this workflow attached have you gone to the main record page and click the related links for "Show Workflow" to see what is occurring from a flow perspective? If the workflow is processing correctly and you've assigned the other user as an approver for step 2...it should work as designed.

Hi,

The flow is processing correctly. It seems that when the second "Ask For Approval" action kick's in it reset all approval to resquested even the one that where approved in the first "Ask For Approval" action.

If I look at the approval record, I can see that the state of the approval change twice.
