Multiple reminders sent instead of one

Hi Team,

I tried scheduling notifications via flow designer. I made the notification to be sent on a particular Date of the month based on the input from the incident form date field.

But it triggers notification everyday even after the day is surpassed.

What could be the problem?

When should the reminder email be sent?
