Multiple row field in an Incident Form

Greetings !

 Can we add multiple row variable set in incident form.

I had a scenario to add multiple details to a field by clicking on + symbol same like Name-Value pair but need more details to be filled.

Ex.

Address line 1

Street

State

Country

Please help me on this.

I have tried multiple code but it's not working as expected for removing placeholder or watermark inside name and value.

Can you please send me sample code that will be helpful.

You can use the "Name/value pairs" data type field, You can refer to the attached pic "Add data" field

the maximum which you can achieve is using the Name value field type.

you cannot add more columns there.

Please inform your customer about this limitation
