Multiple SCTASKs with the same numbers

Hi Team ,

 

The Service Catalog create 2 SCTASKs with the same number. How do we fix this? can any one please help me here .

Hi,

 

This is a very unexpected behavior.

I would suggest to create a HI ticket for this.
