Multiple Transfer order lines under one Transfer Order

Hello experts,

We recently launched IT Purchasing workflows, but I have an issue on Transfer Order. Because of this issue, everybody was confused and we're forced to temporarily top PC shipment. I'd greatly appreciate if anyone can explain why this is happening to our environment.

The issue is there are multiple Transfer order lines under one Transfer Order. This is not because multiple items have been ordered. As you can see on the screen shot below, each transfer order line belong to different Request line.

With my understanding, only transfer order lines belong to a single requested item should be included here. This is very confusing because it looks like some one ordered multiple items. Is this

At the same time, we have Transfer Order which has only one Transfer order item. With my understanding, this is the correct way. I am not sure what condition makes transfer order with multiple transfer order lines belong to different requested item.

Can someone please help me to understand what is going on here? If my explanation is not clear enough, please let me know. I'd appreciate for any comments. Thank you!

Yousaf, thank you very much for your suggestion. The video was very informative, but it did not explain why I have multiple transfer order lines. In the video, multiple tasks are created, not order lines. Any other suggestions?

I think in the later part of the video. showed that when a request or transfer order line is approved it makes another transfer order line record. what i was trying to tell is that I think its normal.

Did you ever actually get an answer of how to merge all of those single item TOs that are coming from and to the same locations?
