Multiple Transfer order lines under one Transfer Order

Hello experts,

We recently launched IT Purchasing workflows, but I have an issue on Transfer Order. Because of this issue, everybody was confused and we're forced to temporarily top PC shipment. I'd greatly appreciate if anyone can explain why this is happening to our environment.

The issue is there are multiple Transfer order lines under one Transfer Order. This is not because multiple items have been ordered. As you can see on the screen shot below, each transfer order line belong to different Request line.

With my understanding, only transfer order lines belong to a single requested item should be included here. This is very confusing because it looks like some one ordered multiple items. Is this

At the same time, we have Transfer Order which has only one Transfer order item. With my understanding, this is the correct way. I am not sure what condition makes transfer order with multiple transfer order lines belong to different requested item.

Can someone please help me to understand what is going on here? If my explanation is not clear enough, please let me know. I'd appreciate for any comments. Thank you!

This typically happens when the system consolidates multiple requests going to the same destination or warehouse into one Transfer Order. However, based on your workflow, it seems each requested item should result in its own Transfer Order or at least grouped correctly by item and request.

I my case, they were all generated from stockroom rules cross-leveling supplies from one stockroom to another when one drops below the threshold I set. So, I could have 10 TOs spawn overnight From/To the same stockrooms. I would love to find a way to consolidate or merge them all into one TO. I haven't found a way yet and I am not a developer (still in training). I had hoped your situation might prove relevant.
