Hi Team,

Could you please help me with my instance - https://dev85840.service-now.com/

I have activated the adaptive authentication plugin and configured the authentication policy with the specified IP address range. But it got affected for the current running session by which I'm not able to login to it. Could you please help me/suggest me anything on the same?

Thanks inadvance

Hi @yashwanth7 ,

Have you tried going to developers portal and login to your instance through that? If this is not working, you can instead reset and wipe the instance, but notice, this will set it back to basic setup:

Hi @AndersBGS ,

Thanks for your input. If I reset and wipe the instance. My data or the updates that I have made in the instance all those are going to wipe out right.

Hi @yashwanth7 ,

Unfortunately - yes. That is why I always recommend to do as much as possible through a custom application, and sync the application changes to git.

When launching the instance, are you getting an HTTP 403 access denied error?
