Hi Team,
Could you please help me with my instance - https://dev85840.service-now.com/
I have activated the adaptive authentication plugin and configured the authentication policy with the specified IP address range. But it got affected for the current running session by which I'm not able to login to it. Could you please help me/suggest me anything on the same?

Hi @Randheer Singh ,
I have enabled post authentication policy where I need to check both IP Ranges and If the user is member of from that denied group or not. In the adaptive authentication properties page I have kept custom message saying that IP restriction when it is not from the IP range that I given. So, I'm getting IP restriction message I when logging into the account.
Also, I tried to deactivate the plugin from developer home page I can't see anything related to it. is there any other way that will help to login?
