My Instance is in refreshing state for very long time

Hi,
My PDI instance is in refreshing state for more than 3 days, I also don't find any Give feedback option to send my question so posting it here.
I am able to login to the Dev instance , but I am unable to do any instance operation such as upgrade or add plugins.
Will this be resolved or do I have to release the instance and request a new one?

Hi @Anitha K2 ,
good questions. As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence there is no one available to answer that questions for you. So to this, you’re limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online in some time.
- when you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Remember, if you haven’t backed up your work, you have to start from scratch.
