My instance is not working it is showing offline

Hi @Tanish_Arora_16 ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs from ServiceNow, hence you're limited to two options:

 

  1. Wait, it should come online in some time.
  2. When you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, if you haven't back-up your work, all will be lost if you release the instance.

2 Things

 

1. Either wait for few more hours and if it come online then good.

2. If you already waited a lot , better to release this instance and take a new one.

 

There is no support available for PDI.

There's nothing to do about that. You can wait to see if it comes back up, or release it and request a new one (did you have one that already was on the new infrastructure)?

Unfortunately there is no support available for PDI. wait for sometime or request the new instance.
