Hi @SatyabrataP ,

Here’s what you can try:

  1. Check if you're logged in
Make sure you're signed in with the correct ServiceNow account. Sometimes the session expires or logs you out silently.

  2. Try a different browser or incognito mode
This helps rule out any cached session or cookie issues.

  3. Verify your access level
If this is a company-managed ServiceNow Learning account, your admin might have changed access permissions or removed your access to certain learning modules.

  4. Check if the page moved or was restricted
Sometimes ServiceNow updates their learning portal and restricts access to certain content based on roles or subscriptions.

  5. Contact ServiceNow support or your internal admin
If you had access yesterday and now you don’t, it’s possible something changed on the backend. Your admin or ServiceNow support should be able to help restore access.

@SatyabrataP This is what I was able to find. check if this works

Here's a breakdown of possible reasons and solutions:
1. Insufficient Permissions:
Incorrect Role:
You might not be assigned the correct role in your ServiceNow instance that grants access to the content.

Company Account Access:
If you're trying to access company-specific training, you might need to request access through your company's Now Learning administrator.

Specific Course/Path Access:
Some courses or learning paths might be restricted to certain user groups or require specific prerequisites.

2. Technical Glitches:
Browser Issues:
Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try accessing the page in an incognito window to rule out browser-related problems.

Temporary Glitch:
The Now Learning platform might be experiencing a temporary issue. Try again later or after a short period.

Account Linking Issues:
If you've recently linked your Now Learning account with Webassessor (for certifications), ensure you used the correct email and verified it.

3. Other Potential Issues:
Expired Access: Your access to a specific course or learning path might have expired.

System Check Failure: If you're accessing a course with a system check (e.g., for a proctored exam), make sure the check passes before launching the course.

Incorrect Link: Double-check that the link you're using is correct and hasn't been changed.

Troubleshooting Steps:
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: This can resolve many issues related to cached data.

Try Incognito Mode: This isolates the issue to your browser's normal settings.

Check Permissions: Verify that you have the correct roles and access rights within your ServiceNow instance.

Contact Support: If the problem persists, submit a case to ServiceNow Now Learning support with details about the issue.

Verify Account Linking: If you're dealing with certification access, ensure your accounts are properly linked and verified.

Look for System Check Failures: If applicable, troubleshoot any system check failures before proceeding.

Hi @SatyabrataP

This is a fairly common issue these days — I’ve experienced it twice myself. You can try clearing your browser cache or using incognito mode to see if that helps

Hello @SatyabrataP ,

Ideally, this shouldn’t happen — the learning page is meant to show all your related data. I haven’t personally experienced this myself, but since you're facing the issue, I’d suggest trying the solution shared by @Dr Atul G- LNG  — and also maybe give it a little time and see if that works.

If more users are experiencing the same problem, then it’s likely something going on from the ServiceNow side, and it will be resolved soon.

🔹 Please mark Correct if this solves your query, and 👍 Helpful if you found the response valuable.

Best regards,
