I face the issue with my instance. It cannot answer REST API calls properly. Sometimes it returns expected responses, but sometimes requests are responded. Is there some sort of throttling enabled on my instance? It is interesting that if I use different source IP address for my request (e.g. REST client from my laptop) then responses are returned without any problems
