My PDI needs to be retired for a technical issue that I am not aware of? Random Technical Issue PDI

Good day!

I received this email from the ServiceNow Developer Program about my PDI. My PDI is vital for me and everything in it that I have worked so hard to do, and I do not want to lose it.

I am not sure why it says that I have technical issues. Why can't they offer help to fix it and tell me what is wrong with it instead of asking me to retire it when I need it? Would someone help me with this I am not able to get help from ServiceNow about this issue.

Thank you!

This is the email that I received:

Dear Service Now Developer,

Please save your work and release the current instance by the end of next week. The instance has technical issues and must be retired.

Thanks for being an active member of the ServiceNow Developer Program.

Best Regards,
ServiceNow Developer Team

Good day! I did not use Update Sets to create much in my instance but I have created a ton of reports, record producers, etc... I need to share what I have in my instance. Any tips?

Hi @Danielle10

Record producer surly captured in update set may be default only and reports manually add them in update set as back up.

Do you know if this is still true? Once you release your instance, there is a restore instance button that you can do? Look at this link. Please and thank you. I am trying to not lose everything in my PDI... Having a hard time because I am not a developer.
