My PDI was reclaimed 3 days early...again

Hi,
Today I received an email that my PDI would be reclaimed 3 days from now. As soon as the email came in, I went to access my PDI to ensure I didn't lose it and the work I had done, but it had already been reclaimed. This is the 2nd time my PDI has been reclaimed early, and before the early warning email was sent. Has anyone else had this issue and were you able to gain access to the Instance? If so, how were you able to access it? All I see now is the option to request another instance. It's very frustrating.

I understand the pain but no support is available and no one know why it was reclaimed earlier.

This is irritating - I do understand. But please also understand that this is a free service without support at all. So basic, always back up your configuration and customization as this could happen again any given day.

Happened to me several times. Haven't been able to reclaim it.
I just have to request another instance.
It's better to code off-line. Have to keep the other tasks in updateset and download it.
It seems like ServiceNow is doing this to make sure that we don't use to do actual work on PDI while giving individuals an opportunity to learn ServiceNow.
Look into ServiceNow SDK 2.1.1 to code offline.

@Mike LHCG1 If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.
