Unable to see 'remove' option for attachment

Hi, 

I had given delete access to this user with agent role for sys_attachment but still unable to see remove action for the attachment. could anyone help me with this?

From where are you trying to remove the attachment?

Hi @Community Alums, I'm trying to remove the attachment on the sn_gsm_los_cases record in the fulfiller workspace view... requirement is that fulfiller (sn_customerservice_agent) shold be able to see the 'remove' option under 'download' when clicked on the attachment

Realised an unusual behaviour is that by default all users should be able to delete attachments right but even if deactivating all delete access to sys_attachment, user is still not able to see the delete attachments option
