Are PDIs down due to the recent release/update? I've been able to access consistently for the last couple months since launching it but today I've refreshed multiple times to no avail.

Hi @atramwebui ,
Forums are no longer monitored by Servicenow employees, Also they have disabled feedback option which was there earlier on Developer site so wait for it to get it resolved automatically.
I see there are many threads on Instance being down/offline so wait for some time and it will be resolved automatically, Nothing else can be done.
Please check and Mark Helpful and Correct if it really helps you.
Regards,

To avoid future issues, do you happen to know the process of saving update sets so that I don't lose my progress when requesting a new instance?
I cant do that for this instance right now but for future reference.

@atramwebui Capture your configurations in an update set, change the state of the update set to complete. Once set to complete, an option to Export the XML appears on the screen which can be used to download the XML version of update set. This XML can be imported on any other instance to restore the backup from the update set. For more information please refer to https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-application-development/page/build/system-update-sets/task...

Hi @atramwebui ,
Keep exporting your update set in XML whenever you finish your work on PDI, this because you might loss your code & customizations as the PDI's behave like this uncertainly.
You can export it by marking complete & can resume your work by making it in progress & selecting as current.
Please check and Mark Helpful and Correct if it really helps you.
