There is an out of the box action called 'Offboard Employee'. This action contains a primary reason dropdown that has both Terminate_Employee and End_Contingent_Worker_Contract options to choose from. However when I put in an employee ID that is of a contingent worker, it errors out saying that it is an invalid value. Works fine for actual employees.
There is nowhere in the action to specify the worker type and the script in the action only references 'employee'. 'Contingent' is nowhere to be found.
Is this action able to be used to offboard contingent workers or is the dropdown having the contingent worker options a mistake?
