Hi guys,
The request count in My Requests panel doesn't seem to be correct in Service Portal. As you can see in this screenshot, although I have only one request, it shows as if I have 31 of them?
And also, I've noticed that only some of the requests I raise get added to the panel.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

This was down to the way the widget was querying the requests and once changed the logic the widget started showing all requests.

Hello Viraj,
Please look at the footer section of the panel in My Requests widget to know what's exactly happening there?
Let me know if you need a detailed answer or you could help yourself.

Hi Ashwinkumar
This is the out of the box widget I'm using and haven't made any changes to it so I'm a bit confused why it's like that. Some of the requests I raise using Service Catalog don't get logged here and wonder if that's what's causing the count to act like this.
Thanks.

Thanks a lot, Ashwinkumar - the query reflects the same count as what's showing in the footer i.e. 31. Therefore the issue is that all requests aren't showing in the panel. Any idea why it is behaving like this?
Many thanks!
