Hi All,
I am looking to start using the my requests v2 widget so we can view multiple tasks type in a single table on the portal.
We have multiple portals in place, one is for internal users and the others are for our external customers. Due to this we would want the internal portal to view different log types than the ones we show to external customers. E.g. Change tasks, problems etc
As the My requests v2 uses the My Requests Filters, I can see you can set the filter to apply to the service portal, but I was wondering if there is a way to make the filters apply to some portals and not others?

If you have 2 portals they would have there own configuration and pages. So they way you configure a widget on one portal would not affect the way it is configured on another portal.

Hi Brian,
Thanks for the above. I am not sure if I am missing something on this. My understanding is that the 'my requests v2' widget uses the My requests filters which are setup under the catalog section in the backend UI. Is there an option within the widget to say which filters to use? All I can see within the filter setup is the option to say to be used on the portal, but it does not have an option to select which portal. On the widget instance options I also can't see any way to specify which filters to use, so my assumption is each instance of the widget will use all Request Filters which have been set as portal?
